One day, a man asked Mulla Nasrudin, "What is the secret to a happy life?"
Mulla smiled and replied, "Don't waste your energy trying to control everything. Learn the difference between what you can change and what you cannot. Work hard where your actions matter, and let go of the rest."
The man thought for a moment and realized that much of his stress came from fighting things beyond his control.
